Vision and Mission

Vision and Mission

Our Vision mirrors that of the College and its strategic goals — To provide financial stewardship for the effective allocation and disbursement of all funds budgeting. We aim to provide sound advice and leadership to both the administrative and academic units and extended campus community by delivering core accounting and financial reporting. We are committed to gauging business practices to promote efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in all operational services.

Services

The Administration and Finance area provides a variety of services to support and maintain the facilities infrastructure and promote environmental safety.  Other services include the timely and accurate allocation of financial resources to fulfil College strategic goals, the completion of all financial statements for the internal and external community; the prompt disbursement of vendors’ payments; the reconciliation of accounts and compilation of financial records.

These services are performed in accordance with the associated federal, state, local laws and CUNY guidelines.  The Office operates with the mindset to safeguard College assets and promote fiscal governance through the overall campus compliance and adherence to all policies and procedures.
