Vibrate Higher: A Discussion with Talib Kweli

In celebration of National Poetry Month, the Center for Black Literature presents a discussion with renowned hip-hop artist and activist Talib Kweli about his new book Vibrate Higher: A Rap Story (MCD, 2021). Vibrate Higher is a memoir and a collection of essays that illuminates Kweli’s upbringing and artistic success. Akiba Solomon, senior editor, The Marshall Project, will join Kweli in conversation. This program is presented in partnership with the Brooklyn Public Library.
