Social media is critical to Medgar Evers College’s communications and marketing strategy. Our office creates content and crafts appropriate messaging to reach current and prospective students; parents; faculty and staff; and alums.

The College’s official channels share our unique story. We ask that you not create additional social media accounts for the College. Using the College’s social media channels to share your information ensures the tone and messaging are consistent with the College’s branding and puts your content in front of more eyes.  If you’d like to share content through social media, please submit your request directly to communications@mec.cuny.edu for consideration. Also, when you request graphics through Creative Services, please indicate if you need the graphic for social media.
