Payment Deadlines & Tuition Liability

Students are responsible to make their tuition payments by the corresponding payment due date. Students receiving financial aid and/or students enrolling in the Nelnet payment plan are subjected to follow the same payment schedule. As of the first day of the semester, students are charged a percentage of their tuition if they drop one or all of their classes. Students must make all changes to their registration prior to the first day of the semester.

Spring 2024 Payment Due Dates

Tuition charges are based on registration; students are responsible for tuition charges notwithstanding attendance, completion, or grades for registered courses. Courses dropped by students on and after the first official day of the semester will incur tuition liability charges.
Students who withdraw from courses are 100% liable for all tuition charges related to that course.

It is not guaranteed that the Bursar will automatically cancel classes associated with an unpaid balance. It is the student’s responsibility to drop their courses if they cannot attend or secure payment for registered classes before the first day of the semester.
