AB1 Building will be temporarily offline on Monday, February 9, 2026, due to freezing temperatures causing the sprinkler to malfunction resulting in flooding from the third floor to the basement. All classes scheduled in the AB1 Building will be held remotely. All other buildings are open for regular operations. For students enrolled in AB1-building classes who need access for their remote instruction, there are computers available in the computer labs that will enable you to logon to your class.

Re-admit Policy

Students are directed to petition the Department of Nursing via the Admission, Retention and Progression Committee (ARPC), in writing, for re-admission.

Opportunity to re-enter and repeat a nursing course is NOT automatic but based on the following:

  1. Space availability the next time the course is offered
  2. Review of student performance when course was completed
  3. Timely submission of the request to retake course to the ARPC committee:
    • For spring re-admission: November 1st.
    • For fall re-admission: April 1st.
