Minor

Description

Think of the Chemistry minor as the ultimate “booster” for your major. While many programs give you the basics, our minor dives straight into the good stuff—Organic Chemistry. Starting with CHM 303, you’ll get hands-on experience in the lab, learning how to synthesize compounds and analyze reactions. From there, you have the flexibility to customize your 12-credit journey. Whether you’re interested in the “chemistry of life” through Biochemistry, the precision of Quantitative Analysis, or the complexities of Organometallic Chemistry, this minor gives you the tools to solve real-world scientific puzzles.
