Program Overview
Urban Education, Minor
Do you want to make a real difference in city schools and neighborhoods? The Urban Education Minor is a 12-credit program designed for students who are passionate about fairness, community, and the future of our cities.
In this program, you will look beyond the chalkboard to see how neighborhoods, history, and government policies all shape the way students learn. By completing four core education classes and a special course in education policy, you will gain a deep understanding of the challenges city schools face—and, more importantly, how you can be part of the solution.
