Street Team Productions presents Madan Sara, a documentary by Haitian journalist Etat Dupain. The women known as Madan Sara in Haiti are on the forefront of the battle for a more robust, inclusive economy. These women work tirelessly to buy, distribute, and sell food and other essentials despite the obstacles and continue to be one of the most critical parts of the Haitian economy. This important film centers on the informal status of women in Haitian society and their importance to that same society.
