Coloring as a Form of Self-Care
Studies have shown that there are countless benefits associated with the activity of coloring, from reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus, and encouraging a calm mental state. This workshop seeks to educate participants about these benefits along with an interactive digital coloring activity.
