Mind and Body Connection: Experience it to Improve Your Study Habits and Academic Performance

In keeping with this year’s theme, this presentation provides MEC students with an overview of the psychological effects of stress on overall well-being and academic performance. This is followed by a guided meditation and yoga session led by a MEC faculty member who is also a licensed viniyoga instructor. At the end of the session, students will have the opportunity to share and discuss their experiences.
