The Web Services team is responsible for managing content on the Medgar Evers College website. We arrange content to serve our main web audience (prospective and current students) and offer assistance in creating custom content. The Web Services team handles:

• User experience and interface
• Content updates
• Application design and development
• Live streaming and online webcasting

Requests for and all materials must be made by emailing helpit@mec.cuny.edu at least 10 business days prior to the date by which content is needed. Requests must include the following:

• All relevant text as it is to appear on the web page. Information should be complete upon submission. Incorrect or incomplete information will lead to longer production times
• Relevant photos or other graphic materials to be incorporated in the webpage
• Intended purpose and target audience should be made clear

If you need assistance to update your content area or have custom content created, submit your requests to the Helpdesk or email helpit@mec.cuny.edu.
