Medgar Evers College re-opens completely transformed Bedford Building Lobby
On January 24, 2024, not only did students and staff flock back to our central Brooklyn campus, there was a treat waiting for them all.
The Bedford Building Lobby is back – and it’s unbelievable.
After nearly a year, the re-imagining of the space is now a centerpiece of the Bedford building, offering a plethora of spaces for eating, relaxing, studying or visiting with colleagues and friends.
It completes a nearly $14 million overhaul of the Bedford building.
To the planners to the internal stakeholders to the construction workers, we thank you for eye-opening makeover that puts the needs of every individual at the forefront.
