The Office of Space Reservations provides event planning support for all events on campus, including conferences and meetings. The team is responsible for reserving all spaces for events at the College, including non-academic internal and external events. Our goal is to provide quality service to all constituents using event space at the College.
Initiating a Request
To reserve or request space, or for more information about rates, capacity, and technical specifications, please fill out the Space Reservations form or contact us at email@example.com.
While we hope to respond to all space reservation requests within 24 hours, please plan ahead, as it may occasionally take 24–72 hours to respond to your request.
