Remembering the Honorable Al Vann
The Medgar Evers College family is heartbroken by the passing of the Honorable Albert Vann. Al Vann was a member of the New York State Assembly, New York City Council, one of the founders of Medgar Evers College, and a beloved and respected friend. A dedicated public servant and advocate for the community, his work has impacted our city, the Central Brooklyn community, and our College.
President Ramsey will share more on how the College will pay tribute to Dr. Vann in the coming days.
