Environmental Science Major

Hennessy Garcia (they/she pronouns) is an Environmental Science major at Medgar Evers College,  with a minor in Math. She also studies Data Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University. Hennessy is a queer abolitionist and activist, a lover of mutual aid and a home cook! Hennessy is a descendent of Indigenous Taínos and African slaves that were brought to Puerto Rico during the colonial era. Born of Puerto Rican parents, she identifies as an Afro-Taíno of Boriken.
