Only authorized users can log into the Facilities Request System, Archibus, which can be used to submit requests for Work or Informal Projects.  To access the system, login from a workstation on campus at http://bngapps/webwr/.

Who is authorized to use Archibus?

Each department has identified 1-2 staff members who are responsible for reporting any issues and requesting work from Facilities Management. This arrangement helps avoid duplicate requests. 

Please note, that while Archibus can only be accessed by designated departmental personnel, we still encourage everyone including, students, visitors and members of the community, to alert Facilities Management of any issues on campus by sending us an email at

Emergencies such as power outages, floods and elevator problems, can be reported to our office by dialing: (718) 270-6123 during business hours: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Public Safety (718) 270-6003 during non-business hours.

How do I access Archibus?

Your department Dean or AVP must send a request for User Login including your contact information to  Once assigned a username and password Archibus can be accessed at http://bngapps/webwr/.

Can I access the systems when I am away from the campus?

No. Archibus can only be accessed from a campus workstation.
