SUMMARY:Coloring as a Form of Self Care
DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with A.S.A.P. and Library \nStudies have shown that there are countless benefits associated with the activity of tactile coloring. From reducing stress and anxiety\, improving focus\, and encouraging a calm mental state. This workshop seeks to educate participants of these benefits along with an interactive coloring activity.
