SUMMARY:WNYE Radio: Writers on Writing
DESCRIPTION:Writers on Writing: Interview with Dahlma Llanos-Figueroa\nWith Dr. Brenda M. Greene\, Founder and Executive Director\, Center for Black Literature at Medgar Evers College\, CUNY\nSunday\, June 16\, 2024\n7:00 PM – 7:30 PM ET\nWNYE 91.5 FM \nDr. Brenda M. This novel is a testament to how one survives loss\, grief\, and pain. Dahlma Llanos-Figueroa is the author of Daughters of the Stone\, which was listed as a 2010 Finalist for the PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize. Her short stories appear in several anthologies\, including Bronx Memoir Project\, Latina Authors and Their Muses\, Chicken Soup for the Latino Soul\, Breaking Ground: An Anthology of Puerto Rican Writers in New York 1980 to 2012\, and Growing Up Girl.   \nSelect episodes of “Writers on Writing with Dr. Brenda M.
