Medgar Evers College welcomes Elizabeth Kennedy Trudeau, acting assistant secretary for the Bureau of Global Public Affairs, for a discussion on public diplomacy at home and abroad.
The Bureau of Global Public Affairs (GPA) communicates U.S. foreign policy priorities and the importance of diplomacy. It engages the foreign public to enhance their understanding of and support for the values and policies of the United States. Trudeau will talk about global food insecurity and engaging in international public service.
