Bio:
A native of Harlem, NY, I was educated in Japan, Puerto Rico and New Jersey prior to attending Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School. Having worked for two New York State governors and the Mayor of the City of New York, I also worked as an international lawyer with extensive work throughout Africa and the Caribbean prior to entering academia where I have taught at the School for International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, John Jay College, Pace University and Metropolitan College of New York. I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration.
