Message from Provost Augustine Okereke

Even though graduation looks different this year, it does not take away from your accomplishments over the years here at Medgar Evers College. During these unprecedented times, you have experienced hardships, uncertainty, adversity, and loss, all while continuing to work hard to achieve your goals. Your commitment, determination, and leadership is noteworthy. These are not easy times, and your perseverance is what will move the world forward.

I would like to congratulate our valedictorian Cristal Munoz and associate degree scholar Lorn Deroses-White on their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments.

We will all get through this stronger than before.
