Financial Aid

Your ability to use financial aid to help cover the costs of your time abroad depends on the program you choose. Be sure to discuss your plans with the Director of Financial Aid. In general, participants in exchange programs can use both their institutional and government aid toward their study abroad experience. Students enrolled in consortium programs may be able to use government aid. Student loans may be available for students that participate in College-approved educational programs.

Scholarships and Fellowships

Scholarship and fellowship programs offer additional ways to pay for your study abroad experience. Do not assume that you are not eligible for an award. Review program requirements carefully and apply for multiple awards to increase your chances of receiving financial support to support your study abroad experience.
