The School of Professional and Community Development (SPCD) provides learning opportunities to enrich the academic, social, and professional development of youth and adults. The School of Professional and Community Development seeks to improve and develop skills for career opportunities; enhance skills in preparation for promotional opportunities; provide basic skills in preparation for higher education; enhance the learning experiences of youth and young adults; and provide opportunities for youth and adults to become involved in community centers that are responsive to community needs.
