Science and Technology Entry Program
Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) is a New York State Education Department sponsored initiative that prepares students who are historically underrepresented or economically disadvantaged to pursue careers and opportunities in the science, technical, and health related fields as well as the licensed professions.
One of STEP's primary goals is to help bridge the "digital divide" present in our communities by incorporating robot programming workshops, science research projects, web design, environmental works (e.g. air pollution, water pollution, etc.) in our curriculum activities and classes which are competitive and technologically oriented.
Additionally, we offer middle school students Regents preparation such as Living Environment and ILST.
