This New York State Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course meets the 75-hour requirement and is the mandatory prerequisite to taking the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam. $350

NY State Real Estate Broker Licensing
 
This New York State Real Estate Broker Licensing Course meets the 45-hour requirement and is the mandatory prerequisite in acquiring the NY State Broker’s License. Note: Salespersons that received their license after July 2008 must have satisfactorily completed the NY State Salesperson Licensing Course; Salespersons that took the Salesperson’s 45-hour course before July 2008 are required by the NY State Department of State to take the 30-hour remedial licensing course to meet the required 120 hours to qualify for a broker’s license. $325

Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs and Auctions: Tools for Success in Today’s Market
 
Attention Agents and Homeowners: With the number of homes going into foreclosure and short sales reaching unprecedented highs, it is increasingly important for licensees and homeowners to stay current on these topics so as to remain competitive and successful in the market. This 3 hour class discusses four hot topics in today’s market: foreclosures, short sales, REOs, and auctions. Focusing on the legal ramifications of these topics, this title also reviews how agents can successfully market these properties. $95
