The Office of Development is responsible for fundraising from the business and corporate sectors, foundations, MEC Alumni and private donors for MEC's special initiatives, student scholarships and faculty development. The Office formulates and implements a comprehensive multi-year fundraising plan for Medgar Evers College.
The Office of Development is the lead entity coordinating the College's 30th Year Celebration and it manages the College's membership and relations with the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund. The Office also manages the Medgar Evers College Educational Foundation, Inc.
