Mission

The mission of the Film & Culture Series is to provide a forum where Medgar Evers College Students and the Community can meet, engage important films and be a part of discussions that will increase their involvement with issues that impact their everyday lives.

Purpose

The purpose of the Film & Culture Series is to stimulate the interests of the Medgar Evers College Students and Community to seek alternative avenues of information that give them greater understanding of the current world environment and provide access to information, resources and networking opportunities that enable them to excel.
