Staff information

Mr. Reginald Outerbridge, Chief Administrative Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, is responsible for the overall maintenance of the College's facilities. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Superintendent are the following supervisors and their respective areas of responsibilities:

Mr. Arthur L. Butler, Administrative Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, is responsible for all trades maintenance laborers and custodial care of the college.

Senior Custodial Supervisor, Mr. Thomas Keyes, 718.270.6195
The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for all housekeeping operations of the college. The shifts are as follows: 8:00 am –4:30 pm & 2:00 pm to 10:30pm

Supervisor of Maintenance & Laborers, Mr. Johnnie Pullum, 718.270.6007 The Supervisor of Maintenance & Laborers is responsible for all minor repairs to the College's facilities and upkeep of its grounds.

HVAC for Bedford Facility, Mr. Daniel Shegryn, 718.270.4906
HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. The Engineers are responsible for all heating, air conditioning and any ventilation problems of the building.

The Buildings and Grounds Office is located on the C Level of the Carroll Street Building, room C-4. All work orders should be submitted to this office.
