Office of Student Life & Development

The Office of Student Life and Development serves as a general point of contact for students and their families regarding student life on campus and in the larger community.

In addition, the office:

  • Serves as a resource center to all students.

  • Provides administrative leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of students’ activities and programs.

  • Makes referrals to other related college services that help students clarify and fulfill their needs and objectives.

  • Encourages students to contribute to a constructive campus learning environment.

Through the Office of Student Life and Development, students participate in academic, athletic, civic, co-curricular, and social activities that better enable them to have a rewarding college experience. Clubs, organizations, and associations who plan activities are required to utilize the college services and resources through the Office of Student Life and Development. This office coordinates student activities in collaboration with:

  • The Student Government Association

  • Student clubs, organizations, and associations

  • The academic departments and other administrative units

The Office of Student Life and Development is located in Room 212 in the School of Business/Student Support Services Building and can be reached at (718) 270-6050.
