Academic Warning

First year students’ semester Grade Point Average falls below the minimum cumulative GPA (university required criteria of 2.0); the student is placed on warning for the following semester and is sent a letter notifying them of their academic status and requesting that the student meet with their Freshman Year or SEEK Counselor for advisement and registration for the subsequent semester. Students on warning may also be required to attend an academic workshop focused on student success.
