The Caribbean Electoral Forum 2001
met individually with six candidates in the 40th Councilmanic District
and six candidates in the 45th Councilmanic District who are seeking the
Democratic Party nomination. Both seats encompass neighborhoods in
Brooklyn where the Caribbean community is highly concentrated. This
report is an evaluation of the political views of the candidates. |
