HOW TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

  1. Go to the Payment Kiosk
  2. Click on “Students”
  3. Enter your username in this format, “firstname.lastname” of your MEC student email account
  4. Enter your password or PIN in this format, “YYYMMDD”

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR MEC ID CARD

  1. Go to the Payment Kiosk
  2. Press or touch the monitor in the white box next to the username
  3. Swipe your I.D. Card
  4. Press “Save Your Account” or “Save Your Account Number”

HOW TO ADD FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Go to the Payment Kiosk
  2. Press “Add Funds to Account”
  3. You can start to insert $1, $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills when the green lights start to flash
  4. The System will print a receipt.  YOU MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT TO RESOLVE DISCREPANCIES.

HOW TO PHOTOCOPY

  1. Go to the Copier
  2. Press the “Account” Button
  3. Type in your “User Name” in this format, “firstname.lastname” of your LIVE@MEC student email and press “OK”.   If your ID card is activated, you can also swipe your id card.
  4. Type in your PIN, which is your date of birth in this format, “YYYYMMDD”
  5. Press “OK”
  6. Press “Make a copy”
  7. The system will show you the (i) cost per page, (ii) user balance and (iii) the total number of copies available based on the balance
  8. Operate the Copier
