The library is undergoing a 21.4 million state-of-the-art upgrade, renovation, and expansion, which will:
  • Expand space by over 12,000 square feet
  • Increase user seating from 203 to 281 seats
  •  Increase available collection space to accommodate 20,000 more volumes
  • Increase technology work stations from 24 to 58
CARROLL ENERGY FEASIBILITY STUDY

This study evaluates alternative, energy efficient upgrades to the campus HVAC systems for the Carroll Street Building. The energy feasibility study considers and compares options in terms of energy performance, capital cost, and life cycle cost. Also expected from the study are recommendations for more energy efficient windows.
FOUNDERS AUDITORIUM SOUND & STAGE LIGHTING UPGRADE

The largest auditorium on campus will undergo a much needed upgrade of its sound and stage lighting equipment.
