Library Units:

Interlibrary Loan services provides books and articles that are not found in CUNY library’s collections.

  • Circulation and Reference are the public face of the library, and serve faculty and student needs in terms of research and finding knowledge. 
  • Periodicals maintains the newspaper and print collections.
  • Information Literacy runs the LIB 100 courses, and the general education course for the student body. 
  • InterLibrary Loan finds books that are not part of the Library collection. 
  • Cataloging files the books. Acquisitions procure materials through gifts and purchases. 
  • Library Automation services the library equipment and handles student technical issues. 
  • Archives contains our historic documents, and prepares exhibits and collections for the general public to learn from.
  • Finally Instructional Media Services provides Audio-Visual support, and maintains the Nursing Video collection. They also permit students to view Multimedia presentations.
