Tobi Cares Scholarships

Tobi is an online fashion label representing the casual, cool, and sexy attitude of Los Angeles. We are inspired by stylish, successful women from all walks of life and aim to inspire the next generation of young women to pursue higher education, leadership, and of course, personal style! A woman's success is our success and we hope to pay it forward by broadening horizons and creating equal opportunity throughout our communities. We are proud to offer our annual Tobi Cares Scholarship in which we award $3,000 to one outstanding recipient in the United States. The winner will also receive $200 in Tobi.com store credit for a shopping spree.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Applicant must be a female undergraduate student in a four year college or community college.
  • Applicant must be in their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year.
  • Funds will be disbursed directly to the college/community college, not the student.

Women Forum

Founded in 1974, the Women’s Forum Inc. is a philanthropic organization led by a group of successful, preeminent New York women whose goal it is to help other women succeed. The purpose of the Education Fund is to encourage mature women to realize their own potential.


Asian Women in Business Scholarship

The Asian Women in Business Scholarship supports exceptional Asian female students with a superior record of academic achievement, leadership, community service and/or entrepreneurship. Candidates must be females of Asian descent i.e. those who can trace their ancestry from Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam and also those of Pacific Islander ancestry. Candidates must be full-time students and either U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship

The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship was established in honor of Dr. Anita Borg, founder of the Institute for Women and Technology, who devoted her life to revolutionizing the way we think about technology and advocating on behalf of women and minorities in the computer and technology fields. In the spirit of furthering Dr. Borg’s vision and values, Google is pleased to support the Anita Borg Scholarship through which Google hopes to encourage women to excel in computing and technology and become role models and leaders.

Candidates must be full-time students entering their senior year or be enrolled in a graduate program in the United States in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Candidates are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5. A group of female undergraduate and graduate student finalists will be chosen from the applicant pool. All recipients and finalists will be invited to visit Google headquarters for a networking retreat.
